WE ARE NOW ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
Have your paperwork filled out before you come in for your appointment.
A new patient is anyone who has never been seen in our office before, or anyone whose account has been inactive for more than 3 years. The first thing you should do is check to make sure that we accept your insurance.
LAB INFORMATION
Please do not call requesting results of your lab tests ahead of your next appointment unless you are specifically asked by us to do so. Anxieties about results should be eased by remembering that in the event of a dangerously abnormal result, you will be notified immediately.
If you would like to go over your test results with a provider we ask that you contact us and schedule an appointment to do so. We do not give test results over the telephone. You are welcome to come by and pick up a copy of your results.
